Normal. Continue nutritional supplements and vaccinations which must have been advided by your examining obstetrician and also get others reports done which must have been advised by examining obstetrician.

Nothing will happen, sac size sumtymes appears to be small! CRL is more preferable for dating! So relax.

As per your LMP the embryo size should have been of around 7wks but as cardiac activity is seen and other parameters are normal, get a rescan done after two weeks but in the meantime your pregnancy needs progesterone support so discuss with your gynaec and start the treatment

U are 6 weeks pregnant. By TVScain foetal pole and cardiac activity both are observed. But some time your amenorrhoea is45 days but you conceive later part of cycle in case of irregular periods. My sugestion is you wait for another 1 week. U not mention the size of gest. Sac (in weeks of pregnancy) .Some time it is below the period of preg .In that case you should wait.

Check the size of the embryo and ensure the baby is the right size for gestational age.The embryo will be measured from the top of its head, the “crown” to its bottom or “rump”. This is because it is the longest portion of the embryo’s body and provides an ideal measurement baseline of growth and development. The limbs and the yolk sac, though obviously important, are not the primary means of measuring growth. An average length of the embryo at 7 weeks is anywhere between 5mm-12mm. The average weight is less than 1 gram. Obviously, every pregnancy is unique and individual factors influence the size of the embryo at this early stage, and the embryo shows development week by week. A six-week ultrasound can determine the location of the embryo and ascertain that it is in the correct place in the uterus. If the pregnancy is an ectopic pregnancy, with the embryo implanted outside the uterus in the Fallopian tube, this can be determined based on the blood flow patterns seen via ultrasound. He fetal heartbeat is often detectable at a six-week ultrasound. The normal fetal heartbeat at six weeks is about 90 to 110 beats per minute. Detecting a heartbeat at this stage indicates that the pregnancy will probably continue and not end in miscarriage, although this is not absolutely guaranteed. If the sonographer cannot detect a heartbeat, the pregnant woman will generally be advised to come back in another week or two to check again, since sometimes a heartbeat that is undetectable at six weeks may be stronger and more noticeable at seven weeks or more. Fetal Pole The fetal pole is the basic overall shape of the embryo, which can be seen via sonogram at around the six-week mark. The fetal pole resembles a bean in shape, which the technician can look at and determine the head and rump ends of the embryo. Seeing the fetal pole allows the sonographer to measure the size of the embryo. Chorionic Sac and Yolk Sac The chorionic sac, sometimes called the gestational sac, is the circular sac of liquid that encases the fetus throughout all of its development in the womb. The yolk sac sits within the chorionic sac and provides nourishment to the embryo until the placenta has been established and nutrients begin to flow in through the umbilical cord. Both the chorionic sac and yolk sac should be visible in a six-week ultrasound.

In usg report all is well with your baby, but cervical length of 2 cm is not at all normal as written in the report. Its a short cervical length, please get a scan by transvaginal route done as early as possible and confirm for the cervical length. Normal is at least above 25 mm and at this gestational age you ll get higher values.

Hello- these usg reports suggests that the patient is having a child of six weeks in her uterus but the heart beat of that child is not visible during the ultrasound procedure. >this might occur due to following reasons- 1) weak heart activity during the usg procedure. 2) might be due to sudden cessation of vitals due to morbidity.

I think so. It seems this is a case of psudo pregnancy due to blighted ovum. It is better to terminate the pregnancy. You are already in the process of miscarriage.

Hi. Yes there is risk of spontaneous abortion or foetal demise when yolk sac is more than 5 mm between 5th to 10th week of gestation.
