It can be because of your lifestyle. It is important at what time you eat n what you eat. Generally we do not take breakfast as we are in a hurry in the morning. This is wrong as we have our dinner 8-10 pm n bfast 8-10 am. So roughly 10-12 hours of fasting. So breakfast is the most important meal of the day. N the problem is we generally neglect it. We should take healthy bfast. Similarly dinner should be light n preferably done between 7-8 pm. Consult online for details.

See a little bit difference in size is normal. Both breasts are not of equal size. Are your periods regular. This burning pain can actually be gas/acidity. Which you be mistaken for burning in breast. But I need details. Consult online with details.

What are other symptoms like cold, running nose or gas/acidity. I need details. In the meanwhile do this 1. Do saline gargles. 2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also. 3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, when there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected. 4. Drink hot liquids --hot liquids relieve nasal congestion, prevent dehydration, and soothe the uncomfortably inflamed membranes that line your nose and throat. 5. Sleep with an extra pillow under your head-- elevating your head will help relieve congested nasal passages. If the angle is too awkward, try placing the pillows between the mattress and the box springs to create a more gradual slope. 6. Treat that stuffy nose with warm salt water-- salt-water rinsing helps break nasal congestion, while also removing virus particles and bacteria from your nose. 7. Blow your nose often (and the right way)-- it's important to blow your nose regularly when you have a cold rather than sniffling mucus back into your head. But when you blow hard, pressure can carry germ-carrying phlegm back into your ear passages, causing earache. Hello Lybrate user, Natural Remedies for Indigestion 1-Asafetida For this home remedy for Indigestion, mix 5 grams of asafetida with a glass of hot water. Add a teaspoonful of sugar to improve the taste. Though it smells bad while swallowing, it rapidly relieves your system of flatulence and helps in relieving indigestion. 2-Mint Oil Add 2 drops of mint oil in a cup of warm water and drink immediately. It provides instant relief from gripping and flatulence. 3-Curry Leaves Wash about 20-25 fresh curry leaves with cold water. Extract the juice from these leaves. In a cup of plain water, add about 1 teaspoonful of lemon juice and the juice of the curry leaves. Add 1 teaspoonful of honey to this blend and always drink this when it is fresh. It relieves nausea, vomiting and flatulence induced by indigestion. 4-Ajwain Seeds Home remedies for Indigestion also include the use of Ajowan seeds. Mix a teaspoon of Ajowan seeds with 1/2 spoon of rock salt. Consume the mixture with a glass of water. 1. Lose weight (if you r obese). Obesity is the leading cause of GERD/ Acidity. Don't Overeat 2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, Carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. It contains a lot of fiber which will help reduce tendency for constipation 9. Drink lot of water. 10. Take half cup of cold milk when you feel acidity, it will help. Curd is good for u. 11. Everyday preferably sleep on same time 12. Elevate your bed. Raising the head of your bed six to eight inches can help gravity keep gastric acid down in your stomach.
