Regards Lybrate user. Thank you for providing detailed information. In my opinion, the back pain that you seem to be reporting may be mechanical low back pain - that means, pain that is caused due to body structures that do no move as they are supposed to. Especially the structures between the spinal vertebrae (called as discs) may block movements and lead to difficulty bending or straightening with pain aggravation. Inappropriate posture can worsen the positioning of discs and thus cause pain. The terms that you had mentioned "it is not permanent pain but comes in between and lasts for few days then cures itself. Suggests its mechanical character. When you stress your spine, it complains and if you do not do much (kind of resting it a little when pain is worse), then it reduces. Also the muscles around the flank (abdomen) may respond by tightening themselves, hence your pain may feel worse when you eat food that is gassy or hard to digest. The cause of the problem could me mostly mechanical which may need mechanical treatment rather than pharmacological one. To say in simple terms, if the axle of a bicycle is loose, one may not have a smooth ride but once that is fixed by a mechanic, it works fine. Similarly, with correct movements the mechanical pain could be dealt easily and may be prevented in future effectively. You may reach out to us for an online consultation, so we may help you get better and also prevent such episodes in future.
