After pregnancy induced neck and back pain it is due to your posture after the delivery. Also in c- section they would've given spinal anaesthesia which might be the reason for you to have pain. You need to strengthen the abdomen muscles but if you are feeding now it is not advisable to wear any abdomen belt. It is better to change the posture especially while feeding your baby. You need to keep a pillow on your lap and then you can keep your baby on that and you can feed then you may not have pain the neck and upper back. Do basic neck exercises which will help you to improve your blood circulation of the neck and that will help you not to feel the strain the neck and upper back. For abdomen belt you can ask us after 6 months we can recommend you provided we know your size and we can send it by courier.

I feel you should not stop ecosprin altogether. But be very very vigilant about any sign of bleeding. Ecosprin can be taken on alternate days for a week and a repeat scan can be done. That will show whether the rim is shrinking or increasing in size. Some deep breathing exercises like pranayam and proning help to increase the oxygen level. It will help your baby.
