Hello lybrate-user Yes there are solutions for aplastic anaemia. The most appropriate one depending on your disease severity will be to consider exploring options for a bone marrow transplant. These treatments can prevent or limit complications, relieve symptoms, and improve quality of life. Blood and marrow stem cell transplants may cure the disorder in some people who are eligible for a transplant. Removing a known cause of aplastic anemia, such as exposure to a toxin, also may cure the condition.

Platelet counts cane be decreased for many reasons like dengue fever, aplastic anaemia, bone marrow disorders, liver and spleen disorders, idiopathic thrombocytopenia, and many more. There are treatment which are only supportive which can only decrease the complications and problems. Treatment of choice is BM transplantation only
