1. Deep breathing— take deep breaths and hold your breath for 5 second between each inhalation and exhalation. 2. Limit the anxiety anxiety can make your ejaculate prematurely before any of you are satisfied with the intercourse. To limit the anxiety, practise running, dancing or strength training exercise before you are about to copulate. And then take a bath with lukewarm water.

Hello lybrate-user greetings you didn't mention your past history like diabetic or hypertensive and also your weight you need to be in optimium level of all the three if you have any one dm, htn,obesity decrease your protein intake and increase fiber content in your meal be hydrated in the summer else you really need to follow your nephrologist advice. If you want to consult me get a cbc, kft, sodium potassium serum level 24 hour urinary protein levels albumin: creatinine ratio pls revert back with the latest reports.

Nothing to be worried about be hydrated enough lower the protein / vigorous excercise get urself tested cbc, bun, albumin: creatinine ratio, sodium and potassium blood serum level, 24 hours urinary protein, urine-routine and examination and get back to me.
