U have ligament injury along with meniscal tear. Complete rest knee joint- knee brace. Apply ice fermentation. Mild calf muscle stretch. Partial weight bearing walk. When you sit or lie elevate your leg. Avoid floor sitting. Avoid long standing, walking. If you take proper physiotherapy treatment pain and swelling gone in two weeks.
