I have breathing problem. Whenever I take long breath I can't take it. Feel like something heavy weight put on my chest please give me the ans.

HI lybrate-user, Start deep breathing practice with a low count (2 sec. Inhale: 1 sec. Hold: 2 sec. Exhale) and increase it gradually. Practice it at least 5 times per day for 5- 7 minutes. Also consult to an ENT specialist, for any infection in respiratory tract.
