Dear Doctor, From last couple of months I started smelling kind of weird odor around my private parts (Around penis and testicles) and I was shy to take it forward. Initially I thought it is because of sweat but even I take a fresh shower and after some time I can again smell it. Its a disgusting feel as even my wife knows but she do not reveal to me thinking I may feel bad. Please help me doctor.

Hello- Most groin odor is usually fungal in nature. It's from residual water from showering but also from sweat gathering in the groin. First shave clean your pubic area, balls and the hair between your butt, this area holds a lot of sweat and bad odor, avoid sweet scented soaps this can lead to a bad odor within the hour after bathing. Scrub until dead skin on your balls is gone they contribute to your odor.
