I am a 20 year old student ,and masturbate since I was 14 years of age. Now whenever I see hot images ,there is sticky liquid discharge from my penis, often in morning it discharge with urine. Also my penis is not erecting automatic when I see any hot scene .i used to make it erect. Often in my reproductive organs there is mild -mild pain. Some time before when I wake in morning my penis used to erect hard but now a days there is no such stuff ocuring. So please suggest what I do? Am I suffering from any big disease?
