You may take vit A in form of Beta carotenoid because it is water soluble & if you take in excess it will be excreted in urine, one should not take vit A directly in excess because it is fat soluble &it Will be deposited in liver which is harmful in long run ,Beta carotenoid is found in plenty in green vegetables & fruits like papaya ,mango etc.
