I'm a 25 year old girl and wished to know how to cure my split ends and maintain over-all hair care, considering water quality in need is not very good. I find using Bisleri very inconvenient and feel lazy using the same. Can you suggest how I can maintain good quality hair, never got any treatments done, have virgin hair. I wish to have healthy, long tresses like before. I use trigaine shampoo and have stopped using hair Mask as someone suggested that could be a possible reason for hair fall. I maintain a good balanced diet with regular workouts and water intake and avoid any kind of pollution here totally, still not able to maintain my hair.
