Hi, My 6 years old daughter has molluscum contagiosum on the lower face (mandible) and neck. The lesions are flared and itching with central shiny part. Recently, l have found a single small bean shape swelling in her neck which l think is an enlarged lymph node. From the location l would say it's a posterior cervical lymph node. The node is not tender and there's no skin redness. It's rubbery and mobile and the size is about 1 cm. My daughter is on Flucloxacillin for 6 days now but the swelling still the same. She has no other symptoms. Do I have to worry about this lymph node? Thanks.
