I am experiencing long breath problem at some intervals, but normal breathing is ok. I have undergone X-ray chest and it is written that " Hyperinflated lung fields noted", " bilateral hilar prominence noted" and also done ECG and it indicates " sinus tachycardia with Minor ST elevation in lead V1. So what am I supposed to do?

You have features of chronic Bronchitis and heart problem. You have to stop smoking totallu if you smoke. Do steam inhalation and warm saline gargling 2-3 times daily. Take a course of antibiotic after consulting chest physician. For your heart problem, you have to do further investigations like 2 D ECHO, may be stress test after consulting cardiologist.
