Hi, I am having pain at the lower corner side of gluts for last 1 year, earlier I have ignored it because but now days I am playing daily cricket, there is going trigger pain, Some weeks I have stop playing cricket but pain can’t stop. I have checked on google that time I have realized its gluteus maximus pain. As per google instruction I have used tennis cricket ball with exercise its great relief for me pain totally stop for few hours. Anyone can suggest it is possible to Physiotherapy can relief me?
