Scaling is not an invasive procedure which is done by every dentist on day to day practice. Brush your teeth twice daily, night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Hi,  Sensitivity in teeth occurs due to enamel worn off, that is quite common. You can manage it by using desensitize tooth paste like sensodyne (repair and protect). Blood coming is due to the problem in gums because of deposit accumulated over the tooth. Do consult a dentist and get rid off the deposits by undergoing a process called scaling. But make sure just by mere scaling your yellow teeth will not turn into white. For that case you do not need to worry about the color of teeth and that doesn't indicate any.
