I am 19 years Old. I want increase my height. Now My height is 5.5 and weight is 58.5 kg. Aur main 5 months se gym jata hun. Kya gym se height block hoti hai. It is myth or fact? Please suggest some Natural way and balance diet and also some stretching exercises?

insted of gym you should play outdoor games like b, streching swimming. this can help you and also take only homoeopathy medicine this may help to increase few inches.
