After surgery of CA Prostate, I am suffering from erectile dysfunction and severe urinary incontinence. Can you suggest any treatment for the same.

Incontenence and erectile dysfunction both due to cancer of prostate surgery. Uou can use penile clamp to prevent incontenence. Can take Tedalis 10 mgm for erectile dysfunction.

Incontinence usually subsides in 80%of patients by one year. If it does not subside artificial sphincter has to be advised. Impotency can be treated in many ways. Intracavernosal prostaglandin injection, vacuum erection devices and penile implants.
