That's very difficult to tell. Depending what areas is involved and what is d percentage of involvement. Vitiligo on non hairy areas is quite resistant to treatment or might take long as the pigment which recurs post vitiligo treatment comes from the hair follicles. If it is on non hairy areas than split skin grafting can be done.
