I am 19 years old. I have nearly 26 moles on my face and many more moles on hands (i.e the body parts which are being exposed). I have been facing this problem when I was 9 years old. I have heard that moles can be permanently removed by using homeopathy medicines, whereas another friend of mine said that moles get increased in number and size. Is it true? Please help to sort out this problem.

Since we cannot change our own genetics, it is not possible to prevent all moles. The following prevention measures are aimed at sun avoidance and sun-protection and include ? using sunscreens with SPF (sun protection factor) 50; ? using wide-brimmed hats (6 inches); ? using sun-protective clothing (shirts, long sleeves, long pants); ? avoiding peak sun hours of 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; ? seeking shade and staying indoors You can also use the following procedure to remove your moles: Mix castor oil and a little amount of baking soda until you make a paste. Place the paste on the surface of the mole. Leave the paste on the mole for a few hours. The paste will dry after a few hours. This can be done about twice every day.
