I have been seeing blood in my saliva when I spit but it is only about an size of very small. This is from past 3 months or so could you tell me what to do? Is it normal? Yes I used to smoke but its was last year and I smoked for a year or so.

It may be because of gingivitis (gums problem) but can only confirm after more details. Though these complaints can easily be treated by homeopathy.

Blood in the saliva may be from mouth cavity or from nose or lungs. First see a Dentist to get oral cavity examined. If normal see a Physician for examination, and investigations. Blood in mouth must be diagnosed first and should be treated immediately.
