Normally only breastfeeding is sufficient for the first six months of age. If your baby is not gaining weight (normally weight increase is 25-30/ day for first 3 months) then start formula along with breastfeeding. Don't give cow or buffalo milk. Start with 60-90 ml per feed. Don't use bottle.
