I'm using melamet cream since 8 months wanted to know if is it safe and the effect stays for long, failure or if stopped to apply cream is their chances for turning black again. Heard lot of side effects if stopped. Please help me and do the needful.

Melamet is a triple combination cream which is inclusive of steroids mometasone and also retin-a compound tretenoin which are having several side effects and the component among three ingredients which is mainly useful for skin whitening is hydroquinone and the rest 2 will have side effects better not to continue to for longer periods.
