When I urinate, the flow is slow and my bladder doesn't empty fully. Similarly the flow is semen is slow. Moreover, if I do not go to the loo then I get severe urge to go (like gas) and also urge to excrete. I got KUD ultrasound done and it also shows that bladder is not emptying fully. I think I have Urethral Stricture and should go in for urethrogram but feel scared as it is a painful procedure. Please advise what I should do. I am 37 years old and have never gone through any surgery etc but have been under depression for last 5-6 years (if it causes it). All other body parts / functions are normal.
