I have hair problem so I came to know amla is best for hair so I brought it but how shall I consume that?

Amla, if fresh, may be consumed as kalk (paste), grated and mixed in food items, murabba (jam), pickle etc. May be consumed direct by chewing but you can't do it much. Similarly dried Amla powder may be taken with honey, water, ghee or in food. If you can make Amla powder processed in Amla juice which is called BHAWANA in Ayurveda, it becomes most wonderful rejuvenator. Do 21 BHAWANA. It takes quite a few days to complete it.
