Hey, I'm having a serious hair fall issue. I used to have earlier too, but in between o started taking up aloe amala juice and flax seed oil capsules. Also some hair tonics, in which I was never regular. Hair fall stopped. But now it has started again The only change is I stopped with flax seed oil capsules. And those hair tonics dosage ended. Can you please tell me how effective is flax seed oil capsule? And should I start consuming it again?

Flax seed oil capsules can be continued for months together. There is no side effect of same. Also use of hair tonics on regular basis should be continued. If hair fall is decreasing with this treatment then you need not go for any other costly treatments. Just get a blood test done once Complete blood count to check your hemoglobin.
