Whenever I do my penis workout (Dry Jelqing 50 reps followed by Kegel), not always, but sometimes small quantity of semen comes out which we normally called it as pre-cum. I heard that during workout of penis if semen comes out then all the workouts are wasted and it will not give the results. If it is true then what are the remedies? My penis is 6.693" in length.
