I hit the side of my nose and lower cheek bone in an accident. I feel no pain or difficulty in chewing or opening my mouth. However, mouth appears to be a bit crooked when I open it. It's been 2 weeks now and I feel a hard lump on my lower cheek bone. And cheek also look swollen. Help.
