My body is so lazy that I do not want to work will you please suggest me that it is possible for my sleeping habit .i sleep 2 am and wakeup at 10 am. Is this responsible.

Dear lybrate-user, Stay away from ALL electronic, LED gadgets for a few days. No laptop, no mobile, no TV. These radiations can cause utter laziness. Take cold water bath to revive the circulation and feel more active. Regards.

Go to bed between10 to 11 pm and rise in morning6-7 am go for a walk for 1 km.This will help you feel better and active.
