I'm 25 year male. For 4 months I hav a hard cyst (pea size) behind the neck (just below the right side hair line. Its usually painless but sometimes a little pai or pressure like feeling is there and also in right ear (this might be because I think of it all thi time and touch it. Im getting frequent ent infection which starts from sore throat, dark mucus and ends in 2-5 days. I never have cough related problems. 7 months before I was diagnosed with typhoid.In last month I met 2 physicians who prescribed me coarse of antibiotics each. At certain time of day I suddenly feel totally exhausted without any reasons, feels feverish some time but no temperature in thermometer, but after some time I feel ok again.In morning I feel totally tired and also in daily life activities I feel like im not at my full energy even after good balanced diet and regular exercise Weakness was more when I was in course of antibiotics and my digestion also suffered aftermath, but antibiotics didn't worked .The problems are still there and to mention I'm also having groin discomfort and a pulsating pain. And also little around my elbow. I don't know all of this are concerning or not but its not getting out of my mind. Doctors asked me about sweating at night and sometimes I do sweat heavily at night (it might be room conditions ).This all things really are frustrating. What should I do?
