In pregnancy you should gain weight total of around 12 kg is enough. Out of which major weight gain occurs in last 3 to 4 months. Because baby is also increasing in size and weight much more in this last 4 months, from almost 400 grams to 3.0 kg. So don't worry if you just gain weight 1 kg or it is same as previous visit. If the baby is growing well than you need not to take tention about it. Other than this, you can eat whatever you like and whatever you want. Just make sure not to eat oily, spicy, outside food. Eat home cooked fresh food. Eat whatever you like. Don't try to eat, you don't like in misbelief that is good for baby. If it is already 3 months of pregnancy than try to eat a fruit per day and at least one glass of milk if you like it. Continue taking oral tablets.
