Hi, I am suffering from digestion problem. I don't eat much in my daily routine and use to avoid fry and heavy food but still I have to go toilet 4-5 times a day mainly after having lunch. Due to this I am also not able travel long distances as I need to go toilet after every 2-3 hours. Please suggest appropriate solution for as this problem is making my life hell as I have to spend most of my time in toilet sheet. Thanks.

Hello take grahini gajendra ras with water twice a day. Take chitrakadi vati 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. And fermented food. Take fresh buttermilk empty stomach in morning.
