I have severe nose problem. After 10 I has to take otrivin spray to open my nose. And at sleeping time the condition became worst. I had taken some medicines rested to it, medicine work until it's course period. I also had tried jal neeti kriya but the water makes by nose inner swollen worst and I fell more problem in taking breath from my nose. What could done by me more doctor?

Kindly stop using otrivin. As, long usage of this, wil result in rebound nose block. You must be having dust allergy and sinusitis. Meet ENT specialist for antibiotic advice. Start steroid nasal spray for 2 month continuously. If no improvement in 3 weeks get a CT scan of PNS. Avoid dust, wear mask to reduce exposure while driving Do not take cold items With this we can keep disease under control. Remember there is no cure for dust allergy. We treat according to your symptoms. But with above treatment you can lead no rmal life without much problems.
