I have been smoking 3 cigarettes a day for last 10 years and I quit last month. How to stop the urge to smoke? so far my health is fine but I want to know if I can detox my lungs by eating particular type of food or yoga? what test should I do to know current condition of my lung?

Dear , congratulations on your quitting smoking. You could take lung function test to know the current condition of your lungs. To stop the urge to smoke, you could exercise, engage in physical activities, family outings, temples, fruit juices and tender coconut water etc. As a last resort you can use nicotine chewing gums or patches.
