It is 5 months after delivery of a child. My period is started. I am lactating my child. Is there something 2 worry about. Will it affect the quantity of milk.

Not to worry lybrate-user. Starting periods while feeding the baby will not effect the quality of the milk. Make sure you use contraception to avoid pregnancy during this time.

No Problem as such if you had started with your menses, but at the same time start having contraceptive advise so as prevent pregnancy, and also please continue breat feed till 8-9 months,
