I have come to know through a scholarly article that increasing estrogen hormone especially estradiol b17 can reduce symptoms substantially. Well schizophrenia is a serious psychiatric illness which has lead to lot of research in the treatment. Many vitamin supplements, hormonal therapies and natural ingredients have been tried and have shown positive results but they are only in the preliminary stage. Regarding using oestrogen supplements, the results have not produced similar results in clinical practice and oestrogen supplements have many side effects to tolerate with it too. My kind advice to you is to stop surfing Internet which can mislead you. Believe your psychiatrist who can help you. Important point to note is that schizophrenia as of now is a disorder which can only kept under control and not cured and we have come across many clients with refractory auditory hallucinations even after multiple treatments. Well schizophrenia is a very complex disorder which can be very challenging at times due to the permanent neuronal changes they produce. Few tips to reduce auditory hallucinations are keeping ourself engaged, avoiding being alone and reading books and hearing to favourite music etc. Hope I was helpful. Thank you.
