I got two pimples on my nose that are some what big in size and that are from nearly 4-5 months on my nose. So what should I do know to cure that?

Wash face with simple tab water for 3 times a day, take dinner early ,drink warm water, keep cows ghee in diet, fresh fruits, green vegetables, healthy food, take more liquids, sound sleep, proper rest, use ayurvedic powders instead of soap for washing of face. Do regular exercise, yogasanas,pranayam
Avoid- hot, spicy,oily, salty,fast, bakery food, deep fried foods, junk food, excessive tea, coffee,cold drinks, hot drinks, overeating,late night works, excessive use of soap ,make up, cosmetics,stress,
Avoid to touch pimples or to breack with hands as it leads to black spots.
