Hello lybrate-user, before I write a treatment plan I also feel it's very important to do a quick evaluation by a complete history and investigation.

1. Acute hair fall occurs because of any acute stressful condition like illness or fever or any surgical treatment has undergone. What I would like to know if hair falls acute or chronic.

2. Is there a family history of baldness test which you could do and get corrected by your physician is serum b12 and serum vit d3 and serum ferritin and thyroid profile. For treatment start some biotin supplements like tab pro an anagen once a day for 3 months.

3. Hair lotion application like qilin spray apply once in the morning for 3 months anal stim lotion applies three times week at night each application is 2, 5 ml for 2 months use a good shampoo and conditioner like q sera shampoo and conditioner.
