I have undergone liver transplant in 2013 for cryptogenic cirrhosis. Since 20 days I have started dieting and gym (cardio and weight) for weight loss. Yesterday I went in for routine check up and in LFT my SGOT is high at 55 and potassium is low as 3.2. I suppose this is related to the weight loss program. Apart from immune suppressors I am taking B active, Gokshura and phytolacca berry. Please advice.

We have to start with potassium supplements after clinical examination and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake.
