Dengue in initial stages is like any other common viral fever with severe headache, pain behind eye balls body pain, painful lymph nodes, joint pains and rash over body 5-7th day. Diagnosis has to be confirmed 2nd -7 day by blood tests. Watch. Once confirmed Doctors keep close watch for Haemorrahagic Disease and shock syndrome are very very rare. No specific treatment or vaccination. Medicines symptomatic with close watch.
