Dear Lybrateuser, -Have a well balanced diet, do regular exercise & keep stress to the minimum to boost your immunity -have fresh homemade food with more of fruits (including citrus fruits) & vegetables especially green ones & seasonal ones -include garlic, ginger, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pistachios, peanuts (daily one handful), green tea (1-2 cups), have 1-2 cups of milk with 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder daily, have a teaspoon of honey with breakfast -have 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration -do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming for 20-30 min, include yoga & deep breathing for 5-10 min in the morning -destress yourself by reading, listening to music, follow a hobby, socialize, play team games.
