I am suffering from chronic cough for last 2 years. I have gone through clinic tests and it seems the cough is driven by some of the allergies. I have taken anti allergic medicines recommended by the doctor but no relief as of now.

Do a complete blood examination like CBC, ESR, Mantoux test, X ray chest, Sputum examination for AFB. Consult Chest physician with report. Do warm saline gurgling 3-4 times daily, Avoid smoking if you smoke. Consult Pulmonologist for further advice. If all investigations are normal, do an allergy test after consulting Allergist/Immunologist and follow the advice and treatment.
