Dear Lybrate user :- you r suffering from Intermittent exophoria. When Eye is examined by eye specialist, eyes r fixed at distance / near object, patient voluntarily fixes his eyes at object, then it shows Orthophoria. When patient unaware about there object, then eyes show exophoria occasionally, that is intermittent exophoria ,due to anisometropia. No treatment, except complete correction of refractive error.
