What is the reason for lying down or hanging very lower of testicle. Im suffering from bilateral grade 1 varicocele. My left testicle lying down and hanging very lower causing pain and discomfort. I consulted urologist he advised hetrazan and health okay and vitamin tab but these are not curing my problem. Shall I need surgery. My left testicle lying down can it cause torsion how to prevent it.
