yes u should give minimum five minutes gap to take water after having tea because it causes sensitivity to ur teeth

Drinking water after having tea is good for blood circulation. But drink cold water immediately on hot tea causes teeth sensitivity problems and you should avoid that. Wait for 2 5 minutes and then drink water. Or drink water earlier than having tea.
