I am a boy of age 24, I feel pain and irritation in my right chest nipple. I don't know y but it is occurring at regular intervals. Is it a symptom of cancer or any other disease. I am feeling this type of irritation and pain from a long time. Almost more than 2 years. Nd my chest is not a normal man's chest. It almost looks like man-ly small boobs. Please tell me what should I do. What are a symptoms against a big disease?
