I have permanent tattoo on my neck side part. I have use many technics to remove my tattoo .i use salt nd many technics now it became a big scare on. My neck. It looks ugly now .my confident levels or down nd I use my shirt color to cover it .pls give suggestions to recover it. Is dat plastic surgery is better option. After surgery how it looks. Pls help me.
