Of late I can feel constant pressure on my rectum. But there is no lump or external irritation as such. I feel like I have a wedgie or having to poop. 10 days ago there was some blood when I passed stool. I'm 24 years female. What is causing this discomfort?

You will need to do a colonoscopy to determine the reason of obstruction. Irrespective of the report. Go on a no spice and chillies no fries diet for 3 to 4 weeks. Walking up and down stairs, cycling will help rectal muscles relax and strengthen. Apply simple coconut oil as deep in rectum area to ease motions. Once your colonoscopy results are known. Better treatment can be suggested. Take care.
