My mother aged 56, has got severe itching in both feet. The feet/toes have become red and present constant itching. Please provide direction for treatment.

Take panchnimbadi churna 1-1 tsf with water twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a say. Take pranacharya charm vikarasav 2-2 tsf with water twice a day. Apply marichyadi oil on affected part.

If the itching is restricted to toes and feet only, the cause too should be something in contact of feet. Check for the contact with foot wear if changed in recent past. Also take care that she does not walk bare footed in grass lawns or dusty floors. Keep the feet in cotton socks and see if the problem is reduced.

It may be hypersensitivity reaction, it may be due to endocrine dysfunction, it may be due to age, differentiation is must till then condition can be managed with Tab Hydroxyzine 10 mg three times in day
