I have pain in left elbow not too much and it pains when I stretch my hand fully? I didn't work too hard physically and only exercise twice a day each time maximum 45 minutes. What should I do for this pain?
It seema that you are developing a tennis elbow which is usually happens due to exercise only. I would suggest you to take homoeopathic medicine for it. It will cure it completely without any side effects. Till then just check which type of exercises you do. Avoid too much pressure on the elbow.
